Must possess an AK RN License for an auto offer. Epic experience is mandatory. Acute Care experience is required. Work schedule involves four 10-hour shifts. Availability to work weekends is necessary, every other weekend or four weekend days in a four-week schedule. There is no on-call requirement for this position. Candidates may be floated within the scope to meet facility needs. No accommodation for block scheduling is available. Local candidates are not accepted; addresses must be at least 50 miles from the facility. Only one time off request is permitted per 13-week assignment of five days or less. Time off during holidays is not allowed for Auto Offer. Guaranteed hours are 70 hours per two weeks, with potential for call-off for one shift. The facility is an acute hospital with a total of 407 staffed beds. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and rapid response teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Teams preferred. Flexibility with working hours and schedules is vital to meet departmental needs. Candidates must be willing to work two out of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. References covering the last year of experience are required before starting the assignment. A commitment to comply with immunization and health safety standards is expected.
