**Job Description:**
- Position: Case Manager RN
- License: Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift Options:
- 4x10 or 5x8 Days
- Shift times may vary, options include:
- 0700-1530
- 0730-1600
- 0800-1630
- 0830-1700
- 0700-1730
- 0730-1800
- Contract Length: 13 or 26 Weeks
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year
- First Timers: Welcomed
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- AK RN License
- ACM Certification (Preferred)
- Skills:
- Epic experience required
- Acute Care experience mandatory
- On-Call Requirement: No
- Weekend Commitment: Yes, every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule
- Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
- Block Schedule: No accommodations available
- Locals: Not accepted - Candidates' permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Pending License: Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer; pending licenses will be screened
- Time Off Request:
- Only 1 time off request allowed per 13-week assignment (5 days or less)
- No holiday time off for Auto Offer
- Guaranteed Hours:
- 72 Hours per 2 weeks
- Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks
