Description:
Case Manager RN position available.
Must have active nursing license for auto offer.
First time travelers accepted.
Weekend coverage required every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4 week schedule.
Position may require floating within scope to meet facility needs.
Only one time off request per 13 week assignment of 5 days or less is allowed.
No holiday time off for auto offer.
Travelers can be called off for one shift per 2 weeks.
Facility is a Magnet Facility and Level II Trauma center.
Daily census is approximately 324 patients.
Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Experience in acute care hospitals needed.
Charting system used is Epic.
Certain conditions apply for unit and patient care requirements.
Candidates are expected to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Travelers are required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment.
Two references covering 1 year during the compliance process are required.
