Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric Case Management.
Experience in NICU and PICU is essential.
The candidate must hold a valid Registered Nurse License.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and AHA BLS certification are required.
The position involves care coordination and discharge planning.
The RN Case Manager will work with patient populations including neonates, adolescents, infants, and pediatrics.
