Description:
The RN Case Manager will work a 4x10 schedule from 07:00 to 17:30.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of case management experience.
Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
First-time travelers are welcome, provided they meet the experience requirements.
No weekend requirements are specified for this position.
The RN Case Manager will float within scope to meet facility needs while managing care coordination.
Charting will be done using an electronic health record system.
The RN Case Manager must have experience with acute hospital settings, admission criteria, care coordination, discharge planning, and pediatric care.
Skills in utilizing InterQual Criteria and knowledge of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services are important.
Experience in discharge planning and familiarity with national safety goals is beneficial.
This position does not require on-call duties.
Personal attire required is business casual.
