It is essential for the Case Manager RN to have experience with Epic as the electronic medical record system. Weekend shifts are required, including every other weekend or four weekend days in a four-week schedule. The Case Manager RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy, to ensure comprehensive care. Travelers should be prepared to float within case manager services to meet facility needs. The position does not require on-call duties. Candidates must be willing to work during two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. BLS certification is preferred but not required.
