- Minimum 2 years of acute care Hospital Case Manager experience
- Proven track record in Care Coordination and Discharge Planning
- MUST have Hospital Experience
- First-timers Accepted: Yes!
- Clinical will screen first-time travelers
- Weekend Requirement:
- Weekend rotation + meet department needs
- California State License: Required
- Pending License: Accepted, but must be licensed by start date
- Request Time Off Restrictions: No more than 7 days
