• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care Hospital Case Manager experience in Care Coordination and Discharge Planning; Hospital experience is a MUST!
• First-Timers Accepted: Yes; Clinical will screen first-time travelers
• Weekend Requirement: Rotational weekends + meet department needs
• CA State License: Yes
• Pending License Accepted: Yes (must be licensed upon start date)
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
