Key Responsibilities of the RN Case Manager- Work with multidisciplinary teams and physicians

Requirements of the RN Case Manager- 3 years of acute care case management experience
- ASN or higher
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC
- Strong assessment and resource-finding skills
- Comfortable with various insurance plans
