Description:
This position requires case managers to coordinate patient care effectively.
Floating to different facilities may be required.
The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:25.
Days off will vary and are not guaranteed to be back-to-back, although scheduling efforts will be made to accommodate consecutive days off when possible.
The position will involve working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.
Candidates will engage in the development of treatment plans and contribute to interdisciplinary care approaches.
Experience with various patient populations, including those with mental health issues and substance abuse histories, is beneficial.
Flexibility and adaptability are crucial characteristics for this role.
Candidates must be able to work three out of five major holidays.
