Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $2,722 to $3,025 per week in Anchorage, AK

Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management services within an acute hospital setting, coordinating care across the continuum for assigned patients
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for all documentation and charting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate discharge planning, utilization review, and resource management
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed to meet operational demands
• Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating basis (every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule)
• Be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license in hand required (pending license candidates may be screened, but an active AK RN license is required for offer)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Acute care experience required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system required
• Hepatitis B vaccine required (titers and declinations are not accepted)
• 2 references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in a case management or acute care setting
