Description:
RN Hospice Case Manager needed for an 8-week contract with an option to extend.
Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
Candidates must possess an active and clear RN license.
An Associates or Bachelors degree is required.
Prior experience in hospice nursing is essential.
Experience with Homecare Homebase is preferred.
