Job Opportunity – Case Management RN – Pennsylvania

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends, no call required. One holiday required during assignment. 13-week assignment.

Highlights:

  • Hospital-based case management focusing on adult and geriatric populations on Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units
  • Manage approximately 25 cases per day with emphasis on discharge planning and care coordination
  • Epic charting system used throughout facility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 3 years of hospital case management and discharge planning experience
  • Valid Pennsylvania RN license (or compact license) required at time of submission
  • Experience with admission criteria, concurrent review, discharge planning, and utilization of InterQual or Milliman guidelines preferred
  • Knowledge of DRG, ICD-10 coding, medical necessity determination, and appeals/denials processes
  • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions available)
  • Pennsylvania state fingerprinting and clearances required
