Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Case Manager – Pennsylvania
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants (local rate differential applies for candidates within 50-mile radius)
Schedule: 8-hour day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No weekend requirement. Flexibility to float within scope based on hospital needs. Must be available to work 1 holiday during assignment.

Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania RN license required at time of submission
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of Case Management experience in an acute hospital setting
- LTAC, Rehab, or Skilled Nursing experience required
- Med-Surg and SDU/PCU/IMC/Observation unit experience required
- Demonstrated experience with admission criteria review, care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization review
- Experience with concurrent review, continued stay reviews, medical necessity determinations, and retrospective reviews
- Appeals and denials management experience required
- Proficiency with InterQual Criteria and Milliman Guidelines required
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- PA fingerprinting and background clearance required (must be completed within 1 week of contract signing)
- Lab work must be completed within 48 hours of signing
- Clinical competency exam required (3 attempts maximum)
