License: Valid Compact license required. Certifications: Must hold relevant nursing certifications. Must-Have: Must have experience with Epic charting system. Description: MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE. The traveler will float between two facilities. Work schedule may vary between the locations, including weekends. Every other weekend coverage is required. All requests for time off must be submitted upfront. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment. The role includes tasks such as care coordination and discharge planning. Familiarity with admission criteria and utilization of InterQual Criteria is essential. Candidates must have experience adhering to HIPAA guidelines. References covering at least one year of experience within the last three years are required. Providers will be responsible for submitting relevant compliance documents. Expectations include working during holidays as required by the contract. All RTO requests must be received with the initial submission. Inflexibility regarding the contracted schedule may lead to contract termination. Communication devices may be provided by the client if necessary for the role.
