The work involves coordinating patient care and planning discharges effectively. The manager will handle a case load of up to 25 patients. Candidates must be able to assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans. Weekend coverage is required, typically one full weekend every four weeks. First-time travelers will need to go through screening. Floating to other facilities may be expected. Candidates must commit to working three of the five designated holidays each year. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. All duties must be performed in accordance with established guidelines.
