If the traveler has been remote for the past 6 months, they need to have worked with Epic and Interqual in the last 6 months
Description:
RN with discharge planning experience needed.
Good communication skills with providers, nursing staff, and patients/families are essential.
Hours may exceed 8 hours a day depending on patient load.
Case Managers are typically geographically assigned with a ratio of 1:25-30.
Patient population includes adults and geriatrics.
Flu vaccine is required, with medical/religious exemptions only.
