• Hospital Beds: 815

• Patient Ratio: 1:40

• Coverage: All hospital units

• Documentation Systems: Cerner, NATE and Ensocare (post-acute care)

• Equipment: N/A

Scheduling & Floating

• Scheduling: Self-scheduling

• Floating: As needed across hospital units

• Scrub Color: N/A

Hiring Profile Must-Have Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with RN Case Managers (RNCM).

• Strong documentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to shift attention between multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.

• Ability to build trust with healthcare teams, patients and their families.

Ideal Candidate

• Collaborative and team-oriented.

• Organized and adaptable.

• Able to communicate effectively with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Comfortable working across multiple hospital units.
