Description:
The RN Case Manager will work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
Every third weekend coverage (Saturday or Sunday) is required, with an additional day off flexed during the week for weekend coverage.
Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed.
The average daily census for the unit is approximately 30 patients.
Candidates accepted may include first-timers with a minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience.
Candidates must have acute care hospital experience.
Experience in ICU and step-down units is required.
Strong understanding of CMS regulations is essential.
Proficiency with the EPIC charting system is required.
No on-call duties are required for this position.
