**Exciting Opportunity for a Travel RN - Case Manager!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Travel RN - Case Manager
- **Shift:** 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (No weekends required)
- **Unit Information:**
- Case Management Unit with 14 beds in CPCU and 14 beds in PCU
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-oriented atmosphere with dedicated staff
- **Essential Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care Case Manager RN experience
- Active Kansas licensure
- BLS certification
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with Midas and HCA case management
- Previous experience in an HCA hospital setting
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting case management assessments
- Developing and implementing discharge planning
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 1:14 ratio, ensuring personalized attention
- **Unit Highlights:**

- Engage with diverse patient populations, including cardiac step-down and medical step-down units
