- **Location:** Case Management, 2300 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203
- **Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
**Unit Specifics:**
- **Number of Beds:** 450 for Tower/Sarah Cannon
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:30-1:35
- **Unit Staffing Description:** No unit secretaries or tech availability
- **Documentation Systems:** Midas, Navihealth, Meditech for patient review
- **Scheduling Requirements:** Weekdays and Weekend days
- **Floating Policy:** May be required to float to other units based on need
- **Patient Experience Requirements:** Previous Travel Acute Care Case Management experience
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Requested Skill Set:**
- Must have experience with Midas and Meditech
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Candidates are expected to be productive after 5 days of orientation
