Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management services within an acute care hospital setting
• Float between like units based on facility need
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and charting
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Participate in orientation and complete required modules prior to and during start

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of case management experience; at least 1 year required
• Acute care experience required
• Must submit all requested time off (RTO) at the time of submittal - post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• 2 professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; locals within 50 miles may be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Epic EMR
• Experience floating between units or sister facilities
• First-time travelers considered with clinical approval
