Job Opportunity – Case Management RN – Georgia

Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends, no call required. Daily census of 20-25 patients. Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed.
Highlights:

- Apply Medicare regulatory guidelines including patient choice, IMM notices, and MOON criteria
- Utilize clinical tools such as InterQual and Milliman Guidelines for concurrent and continued stay reviews
- Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or call requirements
- Opportunity for experienced case management professionals; minimum 3 years required
- Travel assignment with flexibility for pre-approved time off (maximum 7 days, with restrictions during September)
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Georgia or Compact state license required)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of case management or utilization review experience
- Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Proficiency in discharge planning, care coordination, and Medicare/Medicaid regulatory compliance
- Experience with admission criteria, DRG, CPT coding, and HIPAA guidelines
- Knowledge of InterQual and Milliman Guidelines preferred
- EMR/charting system experience required
- Community hospital experience preferred
