Job Opportunity – Case Management RN – Georgia

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends, no call required. Daily census of 20-25 patients. Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed.

Highlights:

  • Focus on discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization management for adult and geriatric populations
  • Apply Medicare regulatory guidelines including patient choice, IMM notices, and MOON criteria
  • Utilize clinical tools such as InterQual and Milliman Guidelines for concurrent and continued stay reviews
  • Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or call requirements
  • Opportunity for experienced case management professionals; minimum 3 years required
  • Travel assignment with flexibility for pre-approved time off (maximum 7 days, with restrictions during September)

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (Georgia or Compact state license required)
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 3 years of case management or utilization review experience
  • Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
  • Proficiency in discharge planning, care coordination, and Medicare/Medicaid regulatory compliance
  • Experience with admission criteria, DRG, CPT coding, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Knowledge of InterQual and Milliman Guidelines preferred
  • EMR/charting system experience required
  • Community hospital experience preferred
