TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30319!

Job Opportunity – Case Management RN – Georgia

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends, no call required. Daily census of 20-25 patients. Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed.

Highlights:
  • Assess, evaluate, and drive comprehensive discharge planning for adult and geriatric patient populations
  • Coordinate services and ensure patients transition to appropriate levels of care
  • Monitor length of stay, identify barriers to discharge, and follow Medicare regulatory guidelines including patient choice, IMM notices, and MOONS
  • Initiate and re-evaluate treatment plans daily, tracking patient progress throughout hospitalization
  • Opportunity for experienced case management professionals in a structured Monday-Friday environment
  • Consistent day shift hours with predictable scheduling and no weekend commitments
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in Georgia or Compact state licensure
  • Minimum 3 years of case management experience required
  • Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers cannot be considered
  • BLS certification required
  • Strong knowledge of discharge planning, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, utilization review, and care coordination
  • Experience with InterQual or Milliman criteria, ICD-10 coding, and DRG classifications preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic charting systems required
  • Community hospital experience preferred
  • Must be available to work major holidays as outlined in assignment period
