Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with providers. Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic, is required. Familiarity with the utilization management tool Dragonfly is essential. Those with prior travel experience are highly preferred. Candidates must be computer literate and have some experience working remotely. Degree accreditation verification is required, or candidates must have 5 years of experience.
