Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management- Interview patients and families to understand their needs
- Conduct MDRs on each unit, every day
- Perform InterQual reviews on every patient
- Manage Observation reviews and DPEs
- Develop and implement discharge planning
Requirements of the RN - Case Management- Case Management experience
- Proficiency in Midas/InterQual systems
- Licensed Masters
