The staff consists of a mix of RN and SW. On day shift, there are usually 10-13 RNs and SWs. Patient ratios are approximately 1 RN to 25 patients and 1 SW to 40 patients. They should work independently and have a positive attitude. A teamwork approach is essential. Candidates should be adaptable, reliable, and possess strong communication skills.
