Key Responsibilities
Provide case management services within an acute care hospital setting, managing a caseload of approximately 1:30-1:35 patients
Utilize documentation systems including Midas, Navihealth, and Meditech for patient review and case tracking
Coordinate care planning, discharge planning, and utilization review across the unit
Adapt quickly to unit workflows and be expected to function productively following approximately 5 days of orientation
Float to additional units as needed based on facility demand
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care case management, with prior travel experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with Midas and Meditech documentation systems
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel RN experience in a hospital-based case management role
Familiarity with Navihealth platform
Experience working in a large acute care facility with high patient volumes
