Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Case Manager – Kansas

Start Date: December 21, 2025

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Day Shift). No nights, no weekends.

Highlights:

• Work with 14-bed Cardiac Progressive Care Unit and 14-bed Medical Progressive Care Unit
• Patient ratio of 1:14, allowing meaningful patient interaction and discharge planning
• EMR systems include Meditech and Midas case management platforms
• Collaborate closely with consistent physicians and mid-level providers
• Specialties include cardiac step-down patients (CABG, TAVR) and diverse medical step-down populations

Requirements:

• Active RN license (or Licensed Social Worker)
• Hospital experience required, preferably within HCA facilities
• Case management experience strongly preferred
• Midas and Meditech EMR experience highly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
