Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN Case Management

• Coordinate and manage patient care in a neuro step-down environment
• Collaborate with fellow staff to provide patient-centered care
• Manage patient caseload effectively, maintaining a 1:20-30 patient ratio
• Ensure accurate patient documentation using Meditech and Careport systems

Requirements of the Travel RN Case Management

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Case Management experience
• Proficiency in Meditech / Careport
• CCM certification preferred
