- **Staffing:** 1-2 Case Managers or Social Workers
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:20-30
- **EMR:** Meditech, Careport
- **What We’re Looking For:**
- **Must Have Skills:**
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Case Management Experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with Meditech and Careport
- Certified Case Manager (CCM)
