Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fairfield, California.

RN Case Manager

Qualifications:

  • Facility manager is looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and prefers candidates with travel experience, California experience, or ideally both.
  • Candidates without either experience may not be considered a strong fit.
  • May be assigned any of the acute care units i.e. Med-surg, Med-tele, Surgical, ICU, possibly ED
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school or college. BSN required
  • Licensure: Current California state RN license required.
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years acute clinical nursing experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years Case Management experience is required.
  • CERNER AND EPIC experience preferred.
  • ED experience would be a huge asset.
  • 5x8hr shifts weekly
  • 8AM- 4:30PM, May be a mix of weekends and weekdays based on department needs.
