Job Description:
Seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to provide hospital-based case management, including discharge planning, utilization review, care coordination, and patient assessment. Must have strong clinical experience and familiarity with hospital workflows. Epic and InterQual experience preferred.
Requirements:
- BSN
- Active CA RN License
- AHA BLS
- 2+ years clinical hospital RN experience
- 2+ years hospital Case Management experience
- Discharge Planning & Utilization Review experience
- Epic experience preferred
- InterQual knowledge preferred
- No first-time travelers
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 40 hrs/week
