Description
As a Case Management RN, you'll play a crucial role in patient care by coordinating discharge planning and ensuring patients receive the necessary services. This position is set in a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma facility. You'll work regular shifts during the day and be required to cover weekends every other week. The role requires both clinical skills and strong communication abilities to navigate various patient needs.
