Job Summary

3 years acute care case manager experience required
Utilization management experience required
Active California RN license required (no pending licenses accepted)
Current BLS certification required
Flu vaccination required (no exemptions allowed)
EPIC experience highly preferred
No weekend, floating, or on-call requirements
No scheduling requests can be accommodated
Must be able to start with active license at time of submission
