Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Downey, California.

Location: Downey, California
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
⏳ Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
✈️ First-Time Travelers: Accepted

Weekends: Every other weekend required; every weekend preferred.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Valid California license required at the time of submission.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management.
  • Acute hospital experience.
  • Experience with care coordination, discharge planning, disease management, and needs assessments.
  • Knowledge of DME ordering and plan-of-care development.
  • Familiarity with MS, SDU/PCU/IMC/Observation units, and surgical services.
  • Experience with Allscripts charting system required.
