RN Case Manager – Morristown, NJ
Morristown Medical Center
Start: 10/19/2026 | 13 weeks
⏰ 8 AM–4 PM | 37.5 hrs/week | 5 days/week
Experience Required:
• RN with BSN required
• 2+ years acute inpatient hospital experience
• 2+ years inpatient case management/discharge planning required
• Hospital discharge planning & rehab placement experience
• Subacute patient experience required
• Case Management/Managed Care experience
License/Certifications:
• Active RN license – Required
• CCMC – Preferred, not required
Main: Inpatient case management, discharge planning, patient transitions, rehab placement, utilization management, and quality screenings.
Schedule: Every 4th/5th weekend + 1 summer & 1 winter holiday. No on-call.
