HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Apple Valley, California.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience required
- Hospital experience required (Behavioral Health experience does not qualify)
- Seasoned traveler required ( no first-time travelers)
- Active California RN License required
- Experience managing 1:25 weekday and 1:45 weekend ratios
- Weekend requirement: Every Other Weekend
Preferred:
- Strong care coordination and discharge planning background
- Acute care facility experience
Notes:
- No floating required
- Pending license accepted (must be active by start date)
- Business attire or scrubs permitted
