Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Mississippi.

ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS RN Il license

Shift Notes

12 hr Nights, Blocked Weekender Schedule

 

Position

  • Role: Traveling Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular
  • Location: Near Springfield, Illinois
  • Shift: One night position currently available
  • Illinois RN license: Required
  • Certifications:ACLS + BLS/BCLS required
  • Open-heart experience: Preferred

Patient population

  • Post-PCI patients
  • Post-CABG/bypass patients
  • CHF patients

Must-have / preferred experience

  • Level II trauma experience or higher
  • Experience pulling sheaths preferred
  • CRRT experience highly preferred
  • Ability to titrate drips — required
  • RNs must interpret their own cardiac strips

Unit support

  • Intensivist/hospitalist: In-house 24/7 (physician + NP)
  • Respiratory therapy: Assigned to ICU/PCU 24/7
  • Full respiratory equipment available, including vents, CPAP and BiPAP
  • Telemetry: Dedicated monitor tech
  • Monitor system: Draeger
  • RNs are still responsible for interpreting strips
