Pay Range: 2136.95 - 2243.80
Schedule: 07:00 - 15:00 (Day, D/N, Rotating)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Travel
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience as an RN
• Valid RN license
• Be willing to obtain NC licensure
• Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct OASIS assessments, care planning, and discharge planning for home health patients
  • Monitor patient progress and provide wound care within the home setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient encounters accurately using Homecare Homebase or similar EMR systems
  • Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements throughout the assignment
