Remote Workers’ Compensation Case Management RN
Schedule: 5x8-hour Days, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Setting: Remote — California residents only
Contract: 91 weeks
Patient Population: Adults
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Case Management experience
- Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience — HARD STOP
- Active California RN license in hand at submission
- BLS certification
- Epic experience required
- Previous charge experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
Work Arrangement
- Work remotely from California only
- Must be able to attend training sessions in Los Angeles and pick up required equipment
- Weekend work is required
- No floating
- No on-call requirement

Vaccination Requirements
- Flu vaccine is mandatory
- No exemptions or declinations accepted

Submission Requirements
- Active CA RN license and license copy
- BLS certification
- Updated resume showing workers’ compensation case management experience
- Epic experience
- 2 references from the past year of employment
- Must be a supervisor or higher
- Charge RN references are not accepted
- All previous Cedars-related employment must be disclosed on the profile
- Any background or license hits require a detailed written explanation; open or pending hits are not accepted
RTO / Compliance
- Maximum RTO: 7 days
- No RTO during the first 2 weeks
- RTO must be included at submission
- Pre-start modules are required and are billable up to 12 hours
