Required Qualifications:

Active New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license and current registration.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum of 2 years of care management experience in a healthcare setting or managed care organization.
Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning.
Ability to review and interpret medical records, claims data, pharmacy information, laboratory reports, and prescriptions.

Additional Requirement:

PRI and Screen certification must be obtained within three months of employment.

Pay Bifurcation: Taxable: $787.50 Non-Taxable: $1890.00 Total Gross: $2677.50/Week
