Contract | Days | Onsite | Expected 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a cardiovascular operating room environment
- Scrub and/or circulate during cardiovascular surgical procedures as required
- Participate in weekend coverage as part of the standard schedule
- Fulfill on-call obligations as assigned
- Float to other areas appropriate to your skillset as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or compact licensure eligibility
- Hands-on experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
- Ability to scrub and/or circulate in cardiovascular surgical cases
- Availability for weekend shifts and on-call assignments
- Willingness to float to appropriate clinical areas as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR or surgical setting
- Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and procedures
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
