Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a cardiovascular operating room setting
- Perform scrub and/or circulating duties during cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Participate in on-call rotations as required by the facility
- Work weekend shifts as part of the standard schedule
- Float to other areas appropriate to your skillset as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or compact license eligibility
- Prior experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
- Ability to fulfill on-call and weekend requirements
- Willingness and ability to float to appropriate units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in a CVOR or surgical environment
- Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical procedures and related instrumentation
