    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse on an Open Heart/CVOR surgical team within a hospital operating room setting
    • Deliver excellent clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient- and family-centered care
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team to support cardiac open-heart surgical procedures
    • Maintain flexibility to cover mid shifts and participate in Open Heart Call as required
    • Uphold and advance clinical standards consistent with a Magnet-recognized facility
    Required Qualifications
    • Current RN licensure required
    • Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience required
    • Cardiac Open-Heart (CVOR) experience required
    • BSN preferred; candidates without a BSN may be considered with relevant experience if committed to obtaining the degree within three years of hire
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a Magnet-recognized hospital environment
    • Demonstrated interest in professional growth and clinical advancement
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat, team-oriented approach to patient care
