Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a cardiovascular operating room setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Assist with and support procedures including CABG, valve surgery, TAVR, and vascular/thoracic cases
- Operate and assist within a hybrid OR room environment as needed
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Rotate weekend shifts in alignment with full-time staff scheduling to meet facility needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular (CV) OR experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric (Peds) cardiovascular experience
- Friendly, easygoing, hardworking, and able to multitask in a fast-paced surgical environment
