Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) setting
Fulfill on-call requirements, including approximately 1 weekend per month and 1–2 weeknights per week
Float to different units as needed based on assignment and patient care demands
Collaborate with surgical and cardiovascular teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in hand (State license or Compact RN license required)
BLS certification required
PALS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience (adult or pediatric)
At least 1 completed travel assignment
Must be available for on-call shifts including weekends and weeknights
Preferred Experience / Skills
Proficiency across a broad range of CVOR skills and procedures
Experience in both adult and pediatric cardiovascular OR environments
Demonstrated ability to adapt and float to various units within a hospital system
