Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Variable Call Schedule | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting within a 350-bed acute care facility
- Scrub and/or circulate for cardiovascular surgical procedures in accordance with facility protocols
- Adhere to a variable call schedule as assigned by facility policy
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation in alignment with hospital staffing requirements
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout perioperative care
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to work a variable call schedule including every other weekend and holidays
- Must meet all facility compliance and credentialing requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or surgical setting
- Experience in a large acute care or high-volume hospital environment
- Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical procedures including open-heart and valve surgeries
