**Exciting Opportunity for CVOR RN - 16-26 Weeks Assignment!**
**Job Description:**
- Replacement position with a start date of 10/05
- Assignment duration: 16-26 weeks
- Flexible travel options based on mileage:
- Travel: 101 miles+
- Radius: 51-100 miles
- Local: 50 miles or less
- Holiday commitment: Work 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
- Shift options:
- 4 ten-hour days (0645-1715) or
- 3 twelve-hour days (0645-1915)
- Responsibilities include:
- One or two 12-hour weekday calls (1900-0715), typically only one during the week unless short-staffed
- One full weekend of call every 5 weeks
- Must be flexible with schedule to meet unit and patient care needs
**Requirements:**
- BLS required; CNOR preferred
- Prior travel experience required
- Circulate only (no scrubbing)
- General experience necessary
- Experience in a large (500+ beds), academic, teaching hospital is required
- Minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with recent competency in cardiovascular/open heart OR
- May be required to float to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc.) but will only be circulating
- Epic experience from within the past 2 years is non-negotiable
**Additional Information:**
- IVS to OFFER
- Monday to Sunday schedules
- No block schedules for any reason
- Bi-weekly orientations on Monday; next available is 10/19
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Complete all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) for submission

- Public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable personal or rental vehicle is recommended
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April
