**Exciting Opportunity for CVOR RN Travelers!**
**Job Description:**
- Starting: 10/05
- Assignment Duration: 16 to 26 weeks
- Tiered Rates: Based on mileage
- Travel: 101 miles or more
- Radius: 51-100 miles
- Local: 50 miles or less
- Holidays: Must work 2 out of 4 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
**Position Requirements:**
- **Shift Options:**
- 4 ten-hour shifts (0645-1715)
- 3 twelve-hour shifts (0645-1915)
- **Call Requirements:**
- One or two 12-hour weekday calls (1900-0715)
- One full weekend of call every 5 weeks
- **Flexibility:** Must adjust schedule to meet unit and patient care needs
**Mandatory Qualifications:**
- BLS required
- CNOR preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Circulate only (scrubbing not required)
- General experience preferred
- Experience in a Large (500+ beds), academic, teaching hospital required
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience with recent cardiovascular/open heart experience
- Epic experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable)
**Additional Information:**
- IVS to offer
- Operating Days: Monday to Sunday
- No block schedules allowed
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; next available on 10/19
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) is required
